Parenting Plans

A parenting plan is a voluntary agreement made between parents concerning the parenting arrangements for their child.

You don’t have to go to court to enter such a plan, however to be recognised by a court the plan must be a signed and dated written agreement that was agreed to without threat, duress or coercion.

We urge you to obtain legal advice as to the consequences of parenting plans before any agreement is signed.
