Preparing a will

Whilst many would agree their will is one of the most important documents in their life time, too often the time dedicated to preparing one is not a high priority.

The fact of the matter is, everyone should have a current and legally binding will
to set out your personal instructions to ensure the distribution of assets to intended beneficiaries in the event of your death. Dying without a legal will not only leaves a great deal of uncertainty, it also leaves an unnecessary burden on your loved ones and a stress that they don’t need.

Robert Wehbe & Partners can make the process easy for you. We sit down with you and discuss in detail your instructions, your assets and how best they should be allocated, taking into consideration your personal family situation and other relevant circumstances.

In addition, if you are contemplating marriage, are in a new relationship or your family circumstances change, we will help you update or rewrite your will.
